I believe that yoga is for everyone, no matter how flexible you think you are. My classes are designed to be accessible to all levels. I encourage students to make the practice their own, by tuning into and listening to what their body needs.
I teach mindful Vinyasa Flow classes that combine breathwork (pranayama), postures (asanas) and meditation / deep relaxation to leave you feeling calm, centred and rejuvenated.
Classes for employees can be arranged conveniently in your workspace, before or after work hours, or during lunchtime. Yoga classes help to combat common complaints associated with desk jobs – opening tight shoulders and relieving lower back pain for example, as well as helping to alleviate stress and anxiety. SMALL GROUP CLASSES IN BROCKLEY
Join one of my small group classes at the Sunflower Centre in Brockley. I mostly teach mindful, slow flow classes with time for attention to detail and to feel each posture. Each class is different and as much as possible tailored to the group's needs. At the end of a class you may feel energised, stronger, more flexible and relaxed.

7.00pm - 8.00pm - Yin and Yang Flow
The yang comes before the yin in this vinyasa style class, starting with some variations of sun salutations to warm up the whole body, followed by a short standing sequence that will build strength and flexibility. The second half of the class includes deep relaxation with longer held postures to help repair and restore.
7.00am - 8.00am - Morning Vinyasa Flow
Morning Flow provides a sequence of postures designed to wake up the whole body and jump start your day. Linking breath with movement, a long warm-up leads into a soft yet dynamic flow of postures to get your energy flowing ready for the day ahead.
12.00-1.00 - Slow Flow to Restore
A mindful slow flow to energise, relax and rejuvenate. Suitable for all levels, this class aims to bring connection between body and mind to ease you into the weekend. The class begins with some breathing (pranayama) and relaxation followed by a gentle warm-up. We then move to an energising sequence of standing postures, leading to some floor work to slowly wind down, and finishing with mediation / deep relaxation. At the end of a class you may feel energised, stronger, more flexible and relaxed.
